This is literally just a marine biologist thing and I’m not even one yet, but researching whales and dolphins and doing Photo-ID to up your mad skillz (that I don’t have lol) and then you’re really happy afterwards when you got it right.

Today was a terrible day and when I saw this video, it just changed everything. Like I'm kinda strong teenager, but sometimes I have very bad days too, and your video just brightens my mood. How I go through my slight mental breakdowns. I usually make very tasty breakfast for myself, then I'm going for a walk with my dog and listening to music. In the evening I'm having the best bath that I can do for myself and I'm just relaxing and forget about everything for few hours. Thank you so much for inspo, to move forward and never give up. Btw so sorry for you too. Hope you feel better tomorrow :*

What makes me better after a mental breakdown is I go outside and go on a small bike ride. Or if it’s raining or something I will not be on my phone for a hour and either read or sleep 💗💗
